Role Description:

We are looking for a Client Executive – Credit Specialty to join our joint Nordic Credit Specialty team from your placement in Copenhagen. In this role, you will focus on Trade Credit for large and multinational Danish companies and banks but also work with credit and political risks as well as guarantees. You will work closely with exporters and banks to structure solutions that cover credit risk, enable trade finance and make international transactions possible. This is a great opportunity to grow in an international environment, take direct client responsibility and become part of a highly skilled and collaborative team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and develop a portfolio of large Danish export clients and banks, often with global operations
  • Advise clients on Trade Finance, Trade Credit Insurance and solutions covering entire customer portfolios as well as single cases.
  • Lead and coordinate insurance tenders, including preparing materials and presentations for insurers
  • Support clients with day-to-day questions on credit limits and insurance-related topics for domestic and international buyers
  • Help structure financing solutions related to receivables finance together with clients and partners
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with both clients and insurers, with ongoing dialogue and follow-up

What You Need To Have:

  • Relevant university degree (e.g. finance, economics, business or similar)
  • A few years of experience from a relevant or related area such as credit risk, trade finance, export finance or similar
  • Strong commercial mindset with experience in sales, account management or prospecting
  • Solid skills in Excel and the ability to handle multiple tasks and deadlines in parallel
  • Strong communication skills in Danish and English, both written and spoken
  • A structured, reliable and service-minded way of working, always focused on the client’s best interest
