As part of the Sales Enablement function you will have a unique opportunity to work closely with the firms largest and most strategic accounts and industries, as well as senior internal stakeholders to help drive growth and prioritise enhancement of client relationships.

Key skills and prior experience that align well with this position

  • A corporate background

  • Adept at senior stakeholder management, both internally and externally

  • Detail orientated and comfortable multi-tasking to meet meet tight deadlines

  • Excellent Microsoft Office skills is essential. (assessment will be part of interview process)

  • Self-motivated and proactive with a strong work ethic

  • Familiarity with Salesforce desirable but not essential

Success in the Role: Performance Outcomes in your first 6-12 months

  • Provide direct, practical on the ground support for the Industry Programme Managers who support the leaders of the different client industries – Financial Services, Technology & Media, Government & Public Service, Energy & Renewables and Consumer

  • Build on your industry knowledge

  • Take responsibility for the Engagement Review survey weekly validation exercise within the Client Feedback Programme

  • Demonstrate the ability to produce high quality powerpoint slides and become confident in collating and presenting financial metrics

  • Grow your network within Deloitte

What type of work will I be doing?

  • It is expected that your time will be split approx. 60% / 30% between Industry Programme Team and Client Feedback. The remaining 10% will be available to provide ad hoc supports to other members of the Client Excellence team as may be required during busy periods.

  • Provide local industry reporting support, including tracking of relevant performance metrics

  • Support reporting to the wider global firm 

  • Support preparation for industry team meetings

  • Work closely with partners and directors to encourage participation in the Client Feedback Programme

  • Provide ongoing support for the maintenance of the  client feedback Power BI dashboard

  • Participate in calls or meetings with senior clients

Who is the Hiring Manager?  

  • You will report into the Head of Sales Enablement, working closely with senior leaders within the Client Excellence team.

Where is this role based?
