About the role:
As a Client Development Program Manager, you will focus will play a hybrid role designed for an individual who excels at both deep customer relationship management (CSM) and cross-functional operational leadership (Program Manager). The successful candidate will be responsible for directly managing a small book of business while also serving as a strategic operational overlay to our largest, most complex health plan customers. This role is pivotal in ensuring our customers realize maximum value from our products and services, driving high adoption, retention, and satisfaction. This role requires an individual who is both an exceptional customer advocate and an effective internal program leader, bridging the gap between customer needs and scalable company solutions.
