Job Description:
- Driving end-to-end client development initiatives across media, CX, and data-led capabilities.
- Working horizontally across dentsu practices to coordinate client-focused development activities, ensuring that planning, execution, and follow-up are aligned, efficient, and value-driven.
- Managing client teams and internal capabilities to ensure on-time delivery, high-quality execution, and continuous improvement, while maintaining control of timelines, budgets, and scope.
- Coordinating client development activity from a project management perspective; driving the planning, the cadence and efficiency of such activity.
- Leading client communication and relationship management, acting as a trusted partner who provides clear direction, accurate updates, and strategic guidance throughout the engagement.
- Identify commercial and growth opportunities across media, CX and data-led capabilities.

Additional information:
We offer a full-time permanent position with a 6-month probationary period, and you will be based at our office in Helsinki, Finland. The position will be filled as soon as we have found the right candidate.
