State Street

Client Data/Client 360 Product Manager, VP

Boston, Massachusetts Full time

Who we are looking for

We are looking for a Client 360 Product Manager.

You will help shape the product vision, strategy, and multi‑year roadmap for Client 360, an enterprise client intelligence platform that serves as the firm’s golden source of client, revenue, pipeline, service, and relationship data.

You will act as the strategic steward of the product, shaping what Client 360 becomes, why it matters, and how it evolves to unlock measurable business value across Sales, Relationship Management, Client Service, Operations, and Analytics functions.

Why this role is important to us

Client 360 is a foundational enterprise capability that enables better client engagement, faster commercial decision‑making, and improved operational effectiveness by consolidating fragmented client data into a unified, trusted experience.

The team you will be joining is part of the broader enterprise client data and technology function, which is part of the Global Technology Services organization and critical to State Street’s ability to scale intelligently, govern client data consistently, and support advanced analytics and AI‑enabled insights across the firm.

What you will be responsible for

As a Client 360 Product Manager, you will:

  • Shape the end‑to‑end product vision and strategy for Client 360, ensuring alignment with enterprise priorities and client-centric outcomes.
  • Develop and maintain a forward‑looking product roadmap that balances near‑term business needs with long‑term platform scalability, governance, and innovation.
  • Translate business goals into clear product outcomes, capability themes, and value‑driven priorities, rather than feature‑level delivery plans.
  • Act as the primary product partner to senior stakeholders, driving alignment across Commercial, Operations, Technology, Analytics, and Data Governance leaders.
  • Shape the enterprise client data model, domain strategy, and semantic consistency across client, revenue, pipeline, service, and sentiment data.
  • Define success metrics for Client 360, including adoption, data confidence, insight usage, and linkage to business outcomes.
  • Guide the evolution of Client 360 to support advanced analytics, AI/GenAI use cases, and scalable self‑service consumption models.

What we value

These skills will help you succeed in this role:

  • Strong product thinking and strategic mindset, with the ability to articulate vision, trade‑offs, and long‑term value
  • Proven experience influencing senior, matrixed stakeholders in complex, regulated environments
  • Deep understanding of enterprise data products, client data domains, and platform‑based operating models
  • Ability to connect data and analytics capabilities to concrete business outcomes
  • Excellent executive communication, storytelling, and roadmap framing skills

Education & Preferred Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree required; advanced degree preferred
  • 8+ years of experience in Product Management, Data Product Leadership, or related roles
  • Experience building or scaling Client 360 / Customer 360 or enterprise client intelligence platforms preferred
  • Familiarity with modern data platforms, analytics ecosystems, and lakehouse architectures preferred
  • Exposure to data governance, privacy, entitlements, and AI‑enabled insights a plus

Additional requirements

Experience operating at the intersection of business strategy, data, and technology in a highly governed financial services environment is strongly preferred.
