Client Coordinator

The purpose of this role is to support the resource management team with managing supply and demand across a Service Line or within a specific discipline.

Job Description:

Key responsibilities:
Assists in planning and process for all assignments and extensions of resources based on capacity and demand needs
Collaborates with Resource Specialist/Manager to review trending on quality metrics for management associated with capacity 
Captures action items and meeting notes on weekly/bi-weekly Resource Management calls with leadership teams
Assists in reviewing capacity across capability areas on an ongoing basis and proactively works to re-balance professionals who are above / below utilisation targets
Career Navigator proactively engages with resources, gains meaningful understanding of their skills, experience and aspirations, and identifies the right opportunities for them
Escalate sensitive or high-risk staffing situations to leadership, as appropriate
Maintains accurate and up-to-date administrative tasks and system updates relating to supply and demand
Monitors utilisation to target performance, investigates outliers and recommend plan for remediation
Partners with Resource Specialist/Manager to understand recruitment brief, create job requisitions in Workday once approved to initiate the recruitment process to meet current and future demand
Understands and communicates the impacts (financial, client relationship, skill) of applying one resource over another or removing a resource from work
