Job Title: Client Care Team Leader
Location: Greenside Veterinary Practice
Job Type: Full-time, Permanent
Hours: 40 Hours per week. Monday to Friday 8.30am - 5.00pm. No weekends

An exciting opportunity has arisen for an enthusiastic and confident colleague to lead our Client Care team. We aim to provide an exceptional service for our clients and their animals and working as part of a small but busy team, the successful applicant will have the opportunity to act as a first point of support for our clients and clinical team.
Roles and Responsibilities
Leading a small team of client care advisors; greeting clients; offering support and guidance to clients during their visit to the practice and on the phone; managing payments; creating and managing appointment bookings and managing telephone and email queries as well as a variety of associated administrative tasks.

We are seeking a polite, sympathetic, friendly and highly motivated individual with the ability to be able to communicate with a wide variety of people. The successful candidate should have strong administrative skills, including excellent IT proficiency.
