As a key member of the Client Experience Lead Team, you will evaluate, design, define and deliver our client experience blueprint, working closely with the Practice Manager to ensure every client interaction reflects the very best of Boundary Vets.
You’ll lead and develop our Client Care Insurance and Client Care Associates, creating a supportive and motivated environment where excellence is the standard.
Lead the design and delivery of an outstanding end-to-end client experience
Inspire, mentor and manage the Client Care Insurance and Client Care Associate teams
Support onboarding, induction, and continuous training of new and existing team members
Collaborate across internal functions and services to achieve Client Care KPIs
Monitor and support effective practice debt control
Ensure insurance claims are processed accurately and in a timely manner
Drive engagement and foster a culture aligned with our Core Values.
Proven leadership experience in a client-facing environment
Strong organisational and problem-solving skills
A passion for training, coaching, and team development
High attention to detail, particularly in financial processes and insurance administration
A collaborative mindset with a proactive approach to achieving targets

Salary Value: £30,000 per annum;
