Client and Market Development Manager

Oncology Diagnostics | Netherlands | Field-based (National role)

Drive access to innovative oncology diagnostics

We are seeking a Client and Market Development Manager to expand patient access and adoption of innovative oncology diagnostic solutions across the Netherlands. In this field-based role, you will work closely with hospitals and key stakeholders to develop the market, shape access pathways, and build long-term partnerships.

You will collaborate with the Netherlands business lead and cross-functional teams including Market Access, Medical Affairs, Legal, Finance, and Sales.

What you will do

• Develop and execute market development strategies to expand access to oncology diagnostics.
• Build and maintain senior relationships with clinicians, hospital management, procurement, and finance.
• Support hospital contracting and reimbursement activities with internal partners.
• Deliver scientific and value-based presentations and lead stakeholder meetings.
• Represent the organisation at relevant congresses and meetings.

What we’re looking for

• Medical or life sciences degree.
• 5+ years’ experience in healthcare, diagnostics, pharmaceuticals, or market development roles and oncologie.
• Strong knowledge of the Dutch healthcare and reimbursement environment.
• Proven stakeholder management and strategic thinking skills.
• Fluent in Dutch and English.
• Willingness to travel nationally.
