What will you be doing?
Manage, support and coordinate the cleaning team
Provide and maintain a clean, safe and healthy environment for staff, users and visitors across site
Conduct monthly audit checks and complete inspection reports
Manage cleaning schedules, supplies and equipment
Provide training, guidance and performance feedback to team members
Ensure compliance of Veolia’s Health & Safety policy; having specific regard to colour coding, COSHH, Risk Assessments and safe working practice
What are we looking for?
Previous experience as a cleaning supervisor or senior cleaning role
Strong leadership, organisational skills and high attention to detail
Knowledge of cleaning procedures, products and safety standards
Good communication skills and ability to motivate a team
Good IT skills for reports
The right to work in the UK
Desirable;
BICSc Assesors qualification or BICSc Level 3
Previous experience conducting quality audits and compliance documentation
Experience of cleaning in a large public building, knowledge of Blood Bourne Pathogen risk, knowledge of BICSc recommended Colour Coding and knowledge of COSHH Legislation
IOSH
Full UK driving licence
