Job Responsibilities
* ** Workshop Cleaning:**
* Perform thorough cleaning of Workshop around and inside pits, including sweeping, mopping, wiping down all surfaces
* Clean and sanitize washroom facilities.
* Undertake exterior bus washing using automated washing equipment or manual methods as required.
* Empty waste bins and dispose of rubbish in accordance with company procedures.
* Report any damage or maintenance issues identified during cleaning to the appropriate department.
* **Vehicle Shunting:**
* Safely and efficiently move buses within the depot premises, ensuring they are parked in designated areas for maintenance, fueling, or departure.
* Maneuver buses for washing, fueling, and parking, adhering to all depot safety regulations and speed limits.
* Assist with the preparation of vehicles for service, including checking basic fluid levels and tire pressures as instructed.
* **Vehicle Fueling:**
* Operate fueling equipment to refuel buses accurately and safely.
* Monitor fuel levels and report any discrepancies or issues with fueling equipment.
* Maintain cleanliness of the fueling area and ensure compliance with environmental and safety regulations.
* **General Duties:**
* Adhere to all company health, safety, and environmental policies and procedures.
* Maintain a clean and tidy work environment within the depot.
* Communicate effectively with colleagues and supervisors.
* Undertake any other reasonable duties as requested by management.
