We have a fantastic opportunity for a Claims Technician across the UK.  

 

In the capacity of Claims Technician, you will deliver comprehensive support to our Loss Adjusters, creating collaborative relationships with colleagues and clients alike, whilst providing direct assistance to the UK Head of Environmental Adjusting and the Commercial Specialist Support Manager. 

 

The role necessitates an individual who is demonstrably motivated, self-sufficient, and adept at operating with minimal oversight. You will have confidence and meticulous attention to detail in fulfilling data entry obligations. Furthermore, you must demonstrate proficiency in prioritising and managing time effectively, particularly when confronted with deadlines and competing demands. 

 

You’ll work independently while being a supportive team member. You should also be open to learning and training to keep up with the role’s requirements. 

 

This is perfect for individuals who thrive in a dynamic, detail-driven environment and seek to advance their expertise within a highly specialised domain. 

 

The skills you will have when you apply:  

 

  • Experience in complex or environmental claims preferred: Able to demonstrate experience of the adjusting and handling claims process from instruction to conclusion 

  • Excellent communication skills: You'll speak with and write to policyholders, insurers, contractors, and more. 

  • Conscientious and hard working in order to achieve the required results, as well as being flexible and adaptable during times of high volumes 

  • Full UK driving licence advantageous: May be required to travel on company business ad-hoc basis.
