What you will do:
You will handle direct communication with customers, insurance agents, and bank employees, resolving all issues related to health claims efficiently and empathetically.
Your day-to-day:
Handle inbound and outbound communication with customers regarding claims and policy coverages
Support insurance agents and bank employees with claim status and coverage inquiries
Follow up on unresolved customer requests and pending documentation (from MedNet or internal departments) to accelerate claim processing
Produce reports on incoming business flow and client communication outcomes
Provide feedback to the sales network based on customer interactions
Propose solutions and aim for high first-call resolution rates
Manage incoming written communication from customers
Support the complaints department by providing feedback on incoming cases
Handle communication for EB claims (for the part managed in-house for the Piraeus Bank group policy)
Track claims cycle time and monitor relevant KPIs
Qualifications:
Previous experience within customer service at least 3-5 years (e.g. call center representative, customer service desk, phone sales)
Previous experience related to claims area
Very good knowledge of the products and existing processes
Very good knowledge of English, both verbal and written
Computer literacy
University degree preferably in Insurance or Nursing
Strong interest in medical information and risk management
Knowledge of Medical Conditions.
