We are seeking a talented individual to join our WorkCare Claims team at JLT Risk Solutions Pty Ltd. This role will be based in Perth. This is a hybrid role that has a requirement of working at least three days a week in the office.

The Claims Consultant role offers the opportunity to play a key part in supporting the Senior Claims Consultant and Team Leader by managing a focused portfolio of Workers Compensation claims. You will collaborate closely with members, clients, and the broader claims team to deliver exceptional service and outcomes.

We will count on you to:

  • Deliver timely and accurate work output using the claims management system.
  • Collaborate effectively with your team, internal departments, and external stakeholders.
  • Respond efficiently and professionally to Council enquiries.
  • Provide high-quality claims management services that meet client needs.
  • Ensure compliance with the Workers’ Compensation and Injury Management Act 2023 (WA), Workers’ Compensation and Injury Management Regulations 2024 (WA), and the Principles and Standards set by the Regulator.

What you need to have:

  • Proven experience managing end-to-end insurance claims.
  • Solid understanding of the fundamentals of the Workers Compensation and Injury Management Act.
  • Strong communication skills and a personable approach.
  • Proficiency in MS Excel, Outlook, and Word at an intermediate level.
  • Self-motivation and strong organizational skills.
