The Role
The primary responsibility is to deliver high quality claims expertise and value add to Australian insurers.
The role will be working with clients to provide technical expertise across all products in the form of assessment, support and staff development where required.
This role will also require the consultant to assist PLRA build and support a claims proposition for the market that meets both client needs as well as being consistent with PLRA’s strategic focus.
Duties
Assessment of Life Insurance Claims across all products for Retail and Group cover. This includes all internal and external stakeholder management.
Client service: Drive delivery of high-quality service to clients including:
Develop both technical and personal skills to a high level Provide support to the Claims Manager on all claims related issues.
Assist with the development of PLRA’s profile and brand in Australia and internationally.
