Through an Employer of Record (EOR), we are looking for a new Claims Associate in the Philippines to join our growing Accounting Team. This individual will report into our Claims Team Lead will be responsible for managing the end-to-end processing of claims to ensure timely resolution and accurate recovery. This person will review submissions, verify documentation, and partner with carriers, vendors, and internal teams while maintaining accurate records in accordance with company policies and claim guidelines.

Location: Remote from the Philippines
Schedule: Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. U.S. Eastern Time
Base Salary: 613,122.00 – 766,402.00 PHP per year
Responsibilities:
Investigate, submit, and manage claims for lost, damaged, defective, or otherwise eligible products in accordance with SupplyHouse, carrier, and vendor policies
Monitor open claims and ensure timely follow-up, resolution, and submission of all required documentation within applicable deadlines
Update corresponding claim documents and tracking tools to reflect current status, actions taken, and next steps
Communicate with external partners and internal teams to obtain required information, resolve claim issues, and support timely processing
Follow up on reimbursements and recoveries to ensure funds are received, tracked, and allocated correctly
Prepare and maintain reporting on claim activity, outcomes, and trends to support visibility and decision-making
Adapt to evolving partner policies, procedures, and claim requirements while supporting continuous process improvement
Identify and implement opportunities for greater efficiency, improved workflows, and faster claim recovery
Partner proactively with cross-functional teams and external partners, including Category Management, Fulfillment Centers, Customer Service, carriers, and vendors to support effective claims resolution
Respond to co-worker and external partner inquiries in a professional, timely, and solution oriented manner
Requirements:
High School Diploma or equivalent
High-level proficiency of written and verbal communication in English
Proficient data entry skills
Ability to work independently and as a part of a team
Extremely organized, strong follow-through and attention to detail
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Preferred Qualifications:
1 year of experience in warranty claims processing, customer service, fulfillment, or related administrative support roles
Knowledge of industry-specific products or services
