About the Role:

The Claims Administrator will manage claims and dispute matters for a PMC assignment supporting a large institutional campus development.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage claims and disputes throughout the project lifecycle
• Prepare contractual assessments and formal recommendations
• Support dispute resolution and legal proceedings
• Maintain claims logs and periodic reporting

Mandatory Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Law, or a related field
• Minimum 20 years of experience
• Direct claims management experience on university or institutional campus projects
