Job Description:
This position is responsible to manage and monitor the Claim team as Medical Advisor, ensure the claim process meets the agreed TAT and SLA, assess and approve claims under his/her authority limit, and give ideas to improve claim services, including develop provider claim management & claim project initiatives
The position requires medical doctor background, strong knowledge of insurance industry, has good leadership, analytical thinking and the ability to make decisions based on business perspective.
He/she will report directly to the Head of Claim and Provider Relation.
