Claim Investigation Executive

Ensure all claim investigations follow corporate guidelines and provide accurate, truthful, and proactive support to help the team achieve organizational goals.

Position Responsibilities:

  • Handle & following assigned Claims investigation and deliver with highest accuracy:
  • Receive investigation requests from Claim admin/assessor, proactive making the investigation plan suitable to the actual situation; discuss with Claim assessor/HOD to finalize investigation plan
  • Performing the investigation under approval planning and arising situations (if any), ensure truthfulness, objectivity and effectiveness.
  • Collect legal documents related to the investigated records and create investigated report;
  • Build up and maintain a network of collaborators (Hospitals / Clinics / Police / Government agencies/ independent investigators ...);
  • Collect accounting documents / vouchers related to payment of approved investigation fee; …
  • Handle Claim assessment for minor claim case;
  • Duties as and when assigned by supervisor to meet the Objectives of  the company.

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree; majors in Law, Insurance, Economics, Healthcare/Public Health, Finance–Accounting,… are preferred.
  • English reading ability required.
  • Experience in insurance, healthcare, legal, risk control, or customer service is an advantage.
  • Must demonstrate analytical thinking, critical reasoning, and strong communication/negotiation skills.
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office and claim management systems.
