Position Responsibilities:

  • Assess claims to make favorable decisions while balancing competitiveness and risk.
  • Collaborate with the underwriting team for re-underwriting decisions on cases with pre-existing conditions.
  • Address requirements and complaints in the claims field.
  • Train team members on medical aspects and provide in-depth medical analysis.
  • Perform tasks assigned by the Manager to meet departmental and company goals.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree, preferably with a background in medical or life insurance claims.
  • Additional qualifications like FLMI/ALMI, FALU/AALU, or FCII/ACII are advantageous.
  • Proficiency in specialized English.
  • Meticulous, organized, and able to work under pressure and tight deadlines.
  • Capable of multitasking, with initiative and team spirit.
