Role Overview
The Citi Apprentice is an entry-level position at Citi, designed to provide a comprehensive foundation of knowledge and training. Apprentices will gain real-world work experience and contribute as valuable resources to their teams, while developing essential skills in a dynamic financial services environment.
Key Responsibilities
As a Citi Apprentice, you will perform a variety of tasks under direct supervision, focusing on routine operations and administrative support. Your responsibilities will include:
- Performing most basic, routine tasks and assignments with detailed procedural guidance.
- Applying knowledge of routine work area procedures to complete standardized activities.
- Exchanging basic information with co-workers and contributing to team communication.
- Resolving task-related problems in straightforward situations, selecting from clearly defined options.
- Assisting with operational and administrative functions of low to moderate complexity.
- Providing administrative support, including copying, printing, document transportation, and materials checking/receiving.
- Performing basic computer activities as required.
- Servicing a very limited number of products and/or services.
- Appropriately assessing risk when business decisions are made, demonstrating particular consideration for the firm's reputation and safeguarding Citigroup, its clients and assets, by driving compliance with applicable laws, rules and regulations, adhering to Policy, applying sound ethical judgment regarding personal behavior, conduct and business practices, and escalating, managing and reporting control issues with transparency.

Program Duration :12-months
Eligibility:
- Not more than 5 years of difference between graduation end date and Joining date.
- Should not have enrolled in any prior Government Apprenticeship programs.
- Should not have been registered on EPF/ ESIC Portal
- Apprentices who enroll should have their Aadhaar seeded with their personal mobile no. and personal email ID. This is a mandate.
