Who are we?

For us, everything starts after a mortgage is signed. We support our customers throughout the entire duration of their mortgage. Sustainability improvements, repayments, rising property values, or approaching retirement are just a few examples of life events that can impact a mortgage. Whether a customer contacts us directly or through an advisor, we help them find a mortgage that fits—now and in the future.

What is your role?

As a Circle Lead, you are responsible for a circle consisting of 3 to 4 teams, each with around 10 members. These are self-managing teams tasked with helping our customers as effectively and efficiently as possible. You play a crucial role in this.

You enable your teams to grow in maturity and performance, continuously moving forward toward our shared goals. You create a pleasant working environment based on trust and mutual engagement. You also set clear boundaries that empower the teams to perform excellently—based on our strategy, objectives, and stakeholder input.

You help your teams reach the next level through your data-driven approach and your ability to ask the right questions at the right time.

Additionally, you are responsible for the operational execution of the processes within your teams and are part of the management team of Mortgages In Life Management. Your experience in change and project management enables accelerated and higher quality change execution within the In Life Management area. You are actively involved in tactical and strategical changes and work with and enable your team to achieve the strategic goals of the organization. You do this by taking ownership, bringing people together, sharing ideas, and structuring initiatives—without losing sight of results.

In addition, we ask for:

  • A completed university-level education (WO)
  • Wft Basic & Mortgage Credit certification
  • Experience in (operational) change management
  • Relevant management experience
  • Knowledge of banking processes, tools, and service concepts
  • A strong customer focus
  • Experience in steering results based on quantitative and qualitative data
  • Experience in driving change in both content and culture
