We are excited to announce a new opportunity for CIP Application Specialist to join our Industrial Solutions team in Bangkok, Thailand.
What You’ll Do:
We are seeking a CIP Application Specialist with strong technical expertise and a passion for innovation to lead the implementation, auditing, and optimization of Clean-in-Place systems in the Food & Beverage sector. This role is key in delivering measurable value through hygiene solutions and driving brand differentiation, while collaborating with R&D, marketing, sales, and customer teams to ensure top-tier technical performance and hygiene standards.
Your Role at a Glance:
Conduct CIP Audits: Perform Cleaning-in-Place (CIP) audits across F&B sites (beverage, brewery, dairy, processed foods) and provide actionable recommendations to improve hygiene performance.
Develop & Implement CIP Solutions: Utilize Diversey’s hygiene portfolio to deliver measurable improvements in efficiency, compliance, and cost savings.
Lead Trials & Projects: Manage field performance trials and development initiatives to drive growth in the F&B hygiene segment.
Collaborate with R&D: Work with Diversey India’s expert teams to develop and introduce innovative hygiene technologies and solutions.
Present & Influence: Communicate audit findings and recommendations to plant and technical teams, helping shape hygiene strategies.
Deliver Training: Provide technical and application training on hygiene solutions to internal sales teams and distributors
Standardize Practices: Harmonize CIP-related SOPs and ensure best hygiene practices across all relevant F&B sectors.
Qualification
Educational Background: Bachelor’s degree in Food Technology, Process Engineering, Microbiology, Chemistry, or a related technical field.
Industry Experience: 5–8 years in process food manufacturing, sanitation, CIP systems, or application engineering.
Technical Expertise: In-depth knowledge of CIP system design, validation, and hygiene process optimization in food and beverage manufacturing.
Analytical Skills: Skilled in conducting plant audits, root cause analysis, and identifying hygiene-related performance gaps.
Communication & Leadership: Strong presentation, verbal, and written communication skills; confident engaging with cross-functional teams and clients.
Project & Time Management: Able to work independently in a fast-paced, field-based role with strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
Work Conditions: Willing and able to travel extensively across the country to support business needs.
