We are seeking a highly skilled Solution Architect/Product Owner to join the team and operationalize our portfolio management and backup/recovery platforms - integrating technologies, ITSM ticketing systems and enterprise-grade AI solutions, such as ServiceNow and Moveworks. Besides technical competency, the role also has a product management aspect, collaborating with vendors, managing budgets, following roadmaps. The ideal candidate will collaborate with cross-functional teams, including business owners, to define technical architecture, ensure scalability, and deliver secure, compliant solutions that enhance employee experience and operational efficiency.
As a Solution Architect/Product Owner, you will be responsible for translating business requirements into robust technical designs, guiding deployment strategies, and ensuring seamless integration with enterprise systems such as identity management, collaboration tools, and ticketing platforms. Strong communication skills, experience with cloud technologies (Azure, AWS, or GCP). Additionally, if you are passionate about leveraging AI to transform workflows and drive innovation, we’d love to hear from you.
You’ll use your technical expertise to grow vendor Alliances, provide technical leadership to the application development team, perform design and code reviews, and ensure that uniform enterprise-wide application design standards are maintained. You'll also collaborate with other stakeholders to ensure that the architecture is aligned with business requirements, making sure that the project meets its goals.

Required Technical and Professional Experience
• 3+ Years of solid understanding of Data Center mainly Systems, Storage, Networking & Security, Application & Databases
• Understanding of Systems and Solutions Architecture
• Hands-on experience & learning with Data Center technologies, Cloud Software, and interoperability
Preferred Technical and Professional Experience
• MS Project or other Project Management software
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to interact confidently with stakeholders of all levels
