The Digital Products team is responsible for the design, build, and deployment of world class AI enabled products and solutions that empower a future ready workforce, drive efficiencies via automation and support implementation of newer business operating models for HP’s business. With a focus on Innovation, the group drives differentiation with architectural vision to consolidate, accelerate and simplify new technology adoption and deliver high value solutions that solve the pain points of all its stakeholders.

Role Overview:
We are seeking a CI/CD Engineer to design, implement, and maintain automated pipelines for continuous integration, delivery, and deployment of AI-driven and software applications. This role ensures that engineering teams can deploy solutions efficiently, reliably, and at scale, supporting the end-to-end lifecycle of digital products.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design, implement, and maintain CI/CD pipelines for AI/ML models, microservices, and full-stack applications.
  • Collaborate with Software Engineers, ML Engineers, and AI Solutions Architects to automate build, test, and deployment processes.
  • Integrate testing frameworks, code quality checks, and security scans into deployment pipelines.
  • Monitor and troubleshoot CI/CD processes, identifying and resolving bottlenecks or failures.
  • Implement infrastructure-as-code (IaC) practices for reproducible and scalable environments.
  • Ensure compliance with security, governance, and best practices for deployment and version control.
  • Document processes, best practices, and architecture for CI/CD pipelines.
  • Stay current with emerging tools, technologies, and methodologies in DevOps and MLOps.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
  • 3–7 years of experience in CI/CD, DevOps, or MLOps engineering.
  • Hands-on experience with CI/CD tools (Jenkins, GitLab CI, GitHub Actions, CircleCI, etc.).
  • Familiarity with containerization (Docker, Kubernetes) and orchestration frameworks.
  • Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and infrastructure-as-code tools (Terraform, CloudFormation).
  • Strong scripting and automation skills (Python, Bash, or similar).
  • Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional engineering and product teams.

Preferred:

  • Experience deploying AI/ML pipelines and managing MLOps workflows.
  • Knowledge of microservices architecture and serverless deployments.
  • Prior experience in agile or squad-based digital product teams.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this role is $105,050 to $161,800 USD annually with additional opportunities for pay in the form of bonus and/or equity (applies to United States of America candidates only). Pay varies by work location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.
