How you’ll make an impact

1. You will gather basic operational data from various departments, use Office tools to organize, categorize, and analyze the collected data, assist in maintaining and improving relevant databases and reports, and ensure the accuracy and timeliness of information.

2. You will engage in cross-departmental improvement projects, utilize L6S tools to support teams in achieving improvement goals, and ensure projects are completed on time and to quality standards based on progress.

3. You will implement lean production and continuous improvement concepts such as L6S within the company, guiding and assisting frontline employees in applying improvement tools to address daily operational challenges.

4. You will be responsible for the daily information maintenance of the company's "Hierarchical Meetings," "Improvement Projects," and "Rationalization Suggestions" systems, including proposal collection, registration, preliminary classification, and distribution.

5. You will promote the effective implementation of improvement measures, assist relevant departments in formulating standardized documents based on improvement outcomes, and monitor and verify the long-term effects of these measures.

6. You will be responsible to ensure compliance with applicable external and internal regulations, procedures, and guidelines.

Your background

1. You hold a Master's degree in project management, digitalization, quality management, enterprise management, or related fields.

2. Required with more than 5 years of relevant industry experience, 1-3 years of continuous improvement in manufacturing industry, lean production or project management related work experience is preferred.

3. Outstanding analytical and problem-solving abilities, strong communication skills, agile thinking, strong logic, and results oriented.

4. Priority will be given to those with Six Sigma Green Belt or Yellow Belt certification.
