As the CI-Ops Information Analyst Intern, you will join the Customer Implementation and Core Operations (CI-Ops) team working on real business problems through data analytics, reporting, and process improvement. You will partner closely with business and technical teams to improve access to data, modernize reporting, and support efforts to streamline manual processes. Your work will directly supports Premera’s mission by improving how teams access, analyze, and use information to make better decisions and operate more efficiently.
Program Details and Requirements:
Premera’s Summer Internship Program is June 15th – August 21st 2026.
To be eligible for the program, you must currently be enrolled in either an undergraduate or graduate degree program or have recently obtained your degree (within the last 12 months).
This is a hybrid internship program located on our campus in Mountlake Terrace, WA.
Internship Projects and Goals:
Developing or enhancing reports and dashboards to support operational and leadership decision making.
Improving access to data by helping surface, organize, and analyze operational, policy, or configuration information.
Performing data analysis to identify trends, gaps, or insights that inform business decisions.
Identifying manual or repetitive processes and supporting efforts to streamline or automate them.
Supporting efforts to make data more actionable and usable across the organization.
What You Will Bring:
Currently pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a relevant field (e.g., Data Analytics, Informatics, Information Systems, Business Analytics, or similar).
Strong interest in data, analytics, and reporting.
Comfort working with data and learning new tools and systems.
Ability to work independently and solve problems with minimal direction.
Strong communication and analytical skills.

The pay for this role will vary based on a range of factors including, but not limited to, a candidate’s geographic location, market conditions, and specific skills and experience.
The salary range for this role is posted below; we generally target up to and around the midpoint of the range.
National Plus Salary Range:
$44,400.00 - $82,200.00*National Plus salary range is used in higher cost of labor markets including Western Washington and Alaska.
