Job Description
We are seeking a career minded leader with high emotional intelligence, strong accountability and driven by continuous improvement to join our team as one of two CHPP Production Superintendents.
Reporting to the CHPP Manager, the responsibilities of this role include:
Leading the CHPP production team to ensure targets are met in a safe and efficient manner
Providing leadership and coaching to CHPP Production Supervisors
Oversee planning and allocation of task activities within the designated process area to achieve forecasted business results (including health, safety, environment and community impacts of work);
Support operation or divisional budget in terms of managing resources effectively including monitoring and controlling costs;
Working closely with key production, tech services and logistics stakeholders to meet both coal quality and quantity targets.
Implementing and driving site continuous improvement initiatives to optimise CHPP performance

Experience with leading a large operational team
