Role Overview:
As a Children’s Residential Social Care Worker, you will be responsible for delivering tailored care and support to young people, helping them build resilience, develop life skills, and achieve their goals.

Key Responsibilities:
- Create and implement individual Behaviour Support and Placement Plans
- Support educational engagement at home and in school
- Provide responsive care aligned with the organisation’s therapeutic model
- Maintain accurate records and liaise with families and professionals
- Engage in team meetings, training, and service development
- Assist with household routines and create a nurturing environment
- Ensure safeguarding and confidentiality standards are upheld
Qualifications & Requirements:
- Minimum Level 7 qualification in Social Care or a related field eligible for CORU registration
- Acceptable alternative qualifications include Psychology, Counselling, Youth Work, Nursing, Disability Studies, Applied Behavioural Analysis, Early Years Care, and others
- Full, clean manual driving licence valid in Ireland
- Knowledge of Irish National Standards in Children’s Residential Centres
- Experience supporting teenagers with challenging behaviour
- Legal right to work and reside in Ireland

- Pay: €37,440.00-€41,184.00 per year
