Blackbird Health is looking for a Child and Adolescent Therapist to join our team in Doylestown, PA. You'll collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to ensure the highest quality of care and be empowered to make a tangible difference in the lives of young patients and their families.

Employment Options Available
Part-time positions for independently licensed therapists (LCSW, LPC and LMFT).
W-2 Employee - Part-Time (20 hours/week)
Total Earning Potential: Up to $100,000+ annually
This role offers a rare combination of income stability and growth potential— a guaranteed base salary with the flexibility to increase your earnings based on your availability and interest.
Base Salary: $50,000 for a part-time schedule (20 hours/week)
Additional Earnings: Earn $80 per clinical session for additional clients beyond your base caseload, giving you flexibility to increase income based on availability and interest.
