Chief of Staff

Malvern, PA Full time

We are establishing an integrated enterprise portfolio spanning Culture (encompassing Inclusion), Leadership, and Talent Development and we are hiring the operating leader who will make it all work. This is not a support role. This is a control-tower role.

You will sit at the center of a complex, high-visibility portfolio and ensure that everything we bring to our leaders, our business partners, and our Board is aligned, timed, integrated, and ready to land.

Responsibilities:

  • Orchestrate all deliverables going to Senior Staff, HR Business Partners, the HR Executive Team, and the Board
  • Ensure initiatives are sequenced and absorbed by the organization, not just released.
  • Act as the primary integrator with Global Talent Management and other critical partners.
  • Own all metrics, insights, and portfolio reporting.
  • Prepare the Head of the sub-division for Board, executive, and enterprise-wide moments.
  • Set the agenda for staff meetings and offsites; prepare for HR Executive Team updates.
  • Ensure everything that leaves this team is clear, coherent, and ready for enterprise consumption.

You will own the operating system for this portfolio, including:

  • What gets built
  • What gets prioritized
  • What gets launched
  • What gets escalated
  • What gets seen by senior leaders
  • And when it all happens

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of three years general experience. Two years of project management experience preferred. Two years of experience investment-related roles or global/inter-country experience preferred.
  • Undergraduate degree or equivalent combination of training and experience. Graduate degree preferred.
