As Chief of Staff to the CCO, you will be a trusted strategic partner and operational force multiplier. You’ll work closely with senior leadership to drive alignment, streamline decision-making, and support the scaling of commercial and cross-functional initiatives.
Your Role in Our Space Mission:
Provide direct support to the CCO in daily operations, strategic planning, and stakeholder engagement.
Develop high-impact materials for executive decision-making, board meetings, and shareholder communications.
Lead and coordinate cross-functional projects, ensuring timely execution and alignment with company goals.
Act as a thought partner in ideation sessions, helping shape strategic direction and commercial initiatives.
Facilitate communication between leadership and teams, ensuring clarity, transparency, and follow-through.
Drive process optimization and automation to prepare the organization for scale.
Organize and prepare weekly C-level meetings, including agenda setting, follow-ups, and documentation.
Conduct market, competitor, and internal research to support strategic decisions and synthesize findings into actionable plans.
Qualification Checklist
Master’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, Engineering, or Legal Studies.
Minimum 2 years of experience in a Chief of Staff, Strategy, or high-level Operations role.
Exceptional communication, coordination, and analytical skills.
Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office and collaboration tools.
Proactive, resourceful, and comfortable navigating ambiguity in a fast-paced environment.
Fluent in English, German and/or other languages a plus.
