About the role

This unique role offers a great opportunity to play a pivotal role in our fast paced, successful and growing business.

You'll be the CEO and Executive Team’s trusted advisor, a driver of excellence across our Group, and key to bringing our leadership team together around the right priorities, at the right time.  You will ensure that our purpose ‘Together, we create sustainable living’, is at the heart of everything we do.

Location: UK‑based, with frequent travel (up to 4 days per week) across Genuit Group sites, both in the UK and internationally

Key Responsibilities 

  • Support management of key projects and strategic initiatives to support delivery of the business strategy.

  • Partner with the CEO and Executive Leadership Team to ensure strategic meetings, planning forums and company events deliver against strategic outcomes.

  • Adopt and facilitate lean methodologies to improve planning, prioritisation, collaboration and execution.

  • Partner with the Executive Directors to plan shareholder and investor engagements, roadshows and key meetings.

  • Champion Genuit’s purpose and trademark behaviours, embedding them across planning and leadership practices.

  • Lead a small team, ensuring strong alignment between strategy deployment and stakeholder communications.

Key Attributes

  • Extensive senior leadership experience in business planning, strategy, commercial or operations roles, within a listed environment

  • Strong commercial acumen, with the ability to think strategically and execute operationally

  • Demonstrable track record of driving continuous improvement, particularly through lean methodologies

  • Significant experience of leading cross‑functional initiatives at pace

  • Proven experience of influencing and embedding change at senior leadership level

  • Demonstrated team leadership capability with a passion for developing and empowering others

  • Exceptional analytical, communication and facilitation skills, with the ability to simplify complexity

  • Purpose‑driven, values‑led, and committed to role‑modelling Genuit’s trademark behaviours
