Description -

The Chief of Staff, Advanced Compute Solutions, serves as the strategic right hand to the Sr Vice President and Division President—translating vision into an integrated operating plan and leading cross‑functional project and program management to drive growth across the business’ full portfolio. This role owns the business cadence, ensures the accuracy and insightfulness of reporting and executive deliverables.  As a trusted advisor and confidant to the Sr VP, the Chief of Staff provides thought leadership, governance, and issue/risk management; aligns KPIs and budgets; establishes mechanisms for accountability and decision‑making; and represents the Sr VP when needed to advance priorities, strengthen partner experience, and enable strong commercial performance.

Key Responsibilities

  • Maintain a real time view of organizational health, including priorities, alignment gaps, execution risks, and areas of friction, and surface what requires attention
  • Design and run the operating system of the organization, including leadership cadences, decision frameworks, and execution reviews tied to measurable outcomes
  • Own and continuously improve leadership operating rhythms, including staff meetings, business reviews, and executive reporting
  • Drive strategic planning and OKR processes, translating direction into clear plans, milestones, and accountability
  • Build and maintain visibility into execution through dashboards and reporting that track progress, risks, and resource alignment
  • Lead and drive high priority, cross functional initiatives across PS, TIO  and HPS Leadership teams.
  • Identify and remove bottlenecks proactively, driving issues to resolution before they impact delivery
  • Partner with HR and Finance on org design, headcount planning, Opex/Initiative tracking and workforce priorities to support scaling the organization
  • Drive employee engagement, employee communications, and social media for Sr VP.
  • Lead the solution program management team ensuring ACS solutions are delivered on time and with the customer issue at the forefront of the solution.

Education & Experience Recommended

• Four-year or Graduate Degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, or any other related discipline or commensurate work experience or demonstrated competence.

• Typically has 12+ years of work experience, preferably in strategic management, strategic planning and implementation, consulting, market research, or a related field.

The pay range for this role is $166,050 to $265,700 USD annually with additional opportunities for pay in the form of bonus and/or equity (applies to United States of America candidates only). Pay varies by work location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.
