HP is seeking a Chief of staff (CoS) for the Global Sustainable Impact & Compliance team. Sustainability is one of HP’s strategic priorities and has become a strategic growth engine for the company – growing from $1B in sales influenced by Sustainable Impact in 2019, to over $3.5B in 2021 (a 3x growth in 3 years). If you want to make a meaningful difference in business results, the communities we serve, and on the world around us, this is the team for you. Specifically, we are looking for a strong leader that can manage/direct while proactively building program management and executional capability in others.
The CoS will lead initiatives and manage programs that encompass quarterly business reviews, recruiting processes, employee engagement initiatives and planning.
