The Position:

GameChanger is looking for a Chief of Staff to the President to drive focus, rigor, and execution across the company. You will be a close strategic and operational partner to the President—translating ideas into priorities, executes decisions, strengthens operating rhythm, and brings structure to a fast-moving organization. The Chief of Staff operates as an extension of the President, helping synthesize inputs across the business so leadership can assess, decide, and move quickly. You will be execution-heavy and impact-oriented, focused on clarity, accountability, and alignment across teams. We ask that you have an in-office presence in New York City, reporting directly to our President.

What You'll Do:

  • President Partnership & Prioritization

    • Partner daily with the President to translate ideas and strategic direction into clear priorities, action plans, owners, and timelines.

    • Synthesize inputs from across the organization to support rapid, well-informed decision-making.

    • Structure incoming leadership requests to ensure they are aligned to company priorities and ready for executive review.

    • Provide perspective on tradeoffs, sequencing, and execution risks while remaining aligned to advancing the President's agenda.

  • Operating Rhythm & Organizational Rigor

    • Own and continuously improve executive operating cadence, including leadership meetings, planning cycles, and follow-ups.

    • Track key initiatives and commitments to ensure accountability and forward progress. Introduce structure and clarity in areas where processes are evolving as the company scales.

    • Maintain disciplined coordination while preserving agility in a fast-changing environment.

  • Executive & Stakeholder Alignment

    • Partner with the Executive Leadership Team to ensure clarity and alignment ahead of key decisions.

    • Participate in leadership discussions to identify misalignment, surface risks, and connect cross-functional dependencies.

    • Coordinate closely with DSG Chiefs of Staff and cross-functional partners to ensure information flows effectively to the President.

  • Board & Executive Materials

    • Prepare board decks, executive presentations, and key leadership communications.

    • Manage cross-functional inputs, timelines, and evolving decision dynamics with high attention to detail.

    • Support executive-level storytelling in partnership with the President.

  • Strategic Initiatives & Special Projects

    • Lead high-priority, cross-functional initiatives that require executive oversight.

    • Step into urgent or ambiguous issues and drive clarity, structure, and resolution.

    • Support strategic planning, organizational oversight, and leadership alignment efforts.

Who You Are:

  • Experience

    • 7+ years of experience in consulting, corporate strategy, operations, product, or high-growth technology environments.

    • 5+ years of experience operating in performance-driven environments with exposure to executive-level decision-making.

    • Demonstrated experience leading cross-functional initiatives from definition through execution.

    • Experience preparing executive- or board-level materials and synthesizing complex information into clear recommendations.

    • Technology fluency or proximity to product and engineering teams is a plus.

  • Capabilities

    • Experience structuring ambiguous problems and translating them into actionable plans.

    • Experience managing multiple high-priority workstreams simultaneously.

    • Comfortable working with data and metrics to support decision-making (deep financial modeling expertise not required).

The target salary range for this position is between $160,000 and $180,000. This is part of a total compensation package that includes incentive, equity, and benefits for eligible roles. Individual pay may vary from the target range and is determined by several factors including experience, internal pay equity, and other relevant business considerations. We constantly review all teammate pay to ensure a great compensation package that is fair and equal across the board.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Bachelor's Degree
  • 7-10 years experience in Corporate Strategy, Investing Banking, Operations
