The Role is Chief of Staff:  Consumer Printing Solutions and Services

On a typical day you might:

  • Partner with the Division President to articulate the business strategy, translate the strategy into business priorities, goals, and key initiatives.
  • Define and drive the creation of the strategic narrative collaborating with business leaders and strategic partners for all QBR and customer presentations.
  • Prioritize key initiatives and focus areas for the leadership team, allocate key action items to the leadership team with clarity and clear accountability.
  • Define executable plans for key initiatives with clear timelines and accountabilities and track progress.
  • Own, operationalize and program manage key initiatives, track progress, signal performance gaps, work with the team to resolve issues, define mitigation plans, and deliver key initiatives to drive business results.
  • Drive to ensure the organization makes timely decisions on key initiatives across the division and functional partners by influencing and coordinating across the teams.
  • Manage the engagement with key stakeholders in partnership with the senior leader.
  • Lead strategic long-term business planning (LTP), alignment with Finance, HR, partners, and business leaders.
  • Define, drive, and improve processes around operational cadence:  staff meetings, leadership F2Fs, monthly and quarterly reviews, budgeting (headcount and travel), results tracking, and metrics.
  • Drive face-to-face planning session agendas and content preparation activities.
  • Lead an effective teamwork environment through facilitation of staff meetings, collaboration, and alignment across the leadership team.  Identify key meetings and events and flag stakeholders for support.
  • Drive comms strategy and comms plan:  communication to the organization – focused, on driving awareness, engagement, and alignment. (AEM, newsletters, websites, etc.),
  • Manage executive communications, both internal to the organization and to partner organizations ensuring cascade of business strategy narrative.
  • Ensure accountability across all teams by making sure appropriate milestones and measurements are built into project plans.
  • Drive projects as needed across a variety of topics and areas​ (non-strategic initiatives, i.e. contract workers).
  • Liaison with Print, Office, Category, and Engineering CoS. 

To be successful in this role, you need to have some experience:

  • Strong storyteller with the ability to translate strategy into a cohesive narrative and bring stakeholders along the journey.
  • Ability to define and articulate a long-term strategy, break the strategy into executable programs, drive complex programs to achieve stated strategy.
  • Ability to navigate complex organizational structures, influence stakeholders, and motivate cross –organizational teams to achieve stated program goals & business objectives.
  • Exercises a high degree of maturity, discretion, and integrity, especially as this role frequently requires handling of sensitive and confidential information.​
  • Key competencies are superior judgment, problem resolution, team building, negotiation, decision-making skills​.
  • Ability to create effective relationships and collaborate internally and externally at all organizational levels.​
  • Strong project management skills: ability to lead high profile projects forward and effectively leverage available resources to drive results in ambiguous situations with multiple constituencies​.
  • Ability to successfully navigate tactical objectives​.
  • Superb written and oral communication skills required.

The pay range for this role is $140,000 to $205,200 USD annually with additional opportunities for pay in the form of bonus and/or equity (applies to United States of America candidates only). Pay varies by work location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.
