Description -

As the Chief of Staff for Marketing & Corporate Affairs, you will serve as a trusted strategic partner and extension of the Chief Marketing & Corporate Affairs Officer (CMCAO), playing a pivotal role in driving operational excellence, strategic alignment and outcomes, and cultural impact across the Marketing and Corporate Affairs organization.  

This role requires exceptional diplomacy, influence, and leadership skills to facilitate collaboration and alignment across the Marketing Leadership team, partner across organizational lines, and engaging stakeholder groups to ensure the organization achieves its strategic objectives. 

 

Key Responsibilities 

  • Strategic Partnership: Serve as the right hand to the Chief Marketing Officer, facilitating effective communications, prioritization, and planning for the Marketing & Corporate Affairs team. 

  • Cross-Functional Liaison: Act as a focal point and strategic liaison between Marketing, Corporate Affairs, Communications, People Organization, and Finance leaders and their teams—collaborating to get goals ‘over the line’. 

  • Operational Capabilities: Work closely with the Marketing Operations team, including senior leaders, fostering growth, accountability, and innovation. 

  • Employee Engagement: Lead initiatives to boost employee engagement, connection, and performance across the Marketing & Corporate Affairs organization—playing a key leadership role in the quarterly & annual VIA surveys, employee listening and Recognition efforts. 

  • Business Performance: Facilitate alignment, collaboration, and financial performance across the Marketing Leadership Team toward ensuring focus and delivery on top Marketing priorities. Leads process to create powerful, quarterly CEO Business Reviews alongside the CMCAO and leadership team. 

 

Experiences & Skills Required 

  • Bachelor’s Degree in a relevant discipline (e.g., Marketing, Communications, Business). 

  • Significant professional experience  (12+ years), with at least 5 years in marketing operations, chief of staff, or similar senior leadership roles. 

  • Proven success managing and facilitating senior leaders and cross-functional teams in a global, complex, corporate environment. 

  • Exceptional diplomatic and influencing skills, with the ability to foster collaboration and resolve challenges among senior stakeholders. 

  • As an extension of the CMCAO, must have strong executive presence, communication skills, and strategic mindset. 

 

Strategic Extension of the CMO 

This Chief of Staff role is designed to be a strategic extension of the Chief Marketing and Corporate Affairs Officer, amplifying the CMCAO’s impact by driving alignment, operational excellence, and innovation across the Marketing and Corporate Affairs team. The role is central to shaping the organization’s culture, enabling transformation, and ensuring the successful execution of strategic priorities.

he pay range for this role is $166,050 to $265,700 USD annually with additional opportunities for pay in the form of bonus and/or equity (applies to United States of America candidates only). Pay varies by work location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.
