The University of Miami Miller School of Medicine at Holy Cross Hospital Internal Medicine Residency, a new internal medicine program focused on developing the next generation of leaders in general internal medicine is recruiting for the position of Chief Resident for academic year.  The ideal candidate is a dynamic individual interested in improving the practice of internal medicine and the care of the underserved population in South Florida. The position of Chief Medical Resident is a one year experience that offers a unique blend of education, patient care, and administration, with heavy emphasis on teaching ambulatory medicine in an underserved patient population. The chief resident will be responsible for clinical scheduling, teaching and supervising residents, and will work closely with the Program Director and the Associate Program Director.
