My client is a financial services company and looking for a Chief Marketing Officer roles.
Job Description
- Define and execute the global brand strategy and positioning to establish a trustworthy and professional market presence.
- Build and optimize full-funnel growth models encompassing performance marketing, content strategy, and community-driven acquisition to drive AUM growth.
- Design global partner networks and incentive models for IBs and KOLs to create scalable, viral growth structures across multiple regions.
- Lead the go-to-market strategy for core products like automated trading and copy-trading systems while managing key performance metrics like CPA, LTV, and ROI.
- Lead and scale a multi-functional marketing and growth team, establishing KPIs that align with global commercialization goals.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or above in Marketing, Finance, Media, or a related discipline.
- 5 to 10+ years of progressive experience in brand building, user growth, and marketing strategy.
- Demonstrated leadership experience managing cross-functional teams of 10 or more people.
- Deep understanding of the financial services or trading industry, specifically regarding IBs, KOLs, and affiliate models.
- Strong data-driven mindset with a proven track record of optimizing marketing budgets, conversion funnels, and ROI.
