Build CGM’s Global Marketing Engine
Today, marketing at CGM is fragmented across countries and product lines. This role changes that.
You build the operating model: performance marketing, product marketing, pipeline measurement, and the tools and playbooks to scale globally.
You start in Germany, and scale from there.
Your Contribution
- Build and lead CGM’s global performance and product marketing function as a scalable, ROI-driven growth engine
- Own demand generation, pipeline creation, go-to-market excellence, and measurable marketing impact across all markets
- Establish and operationalize the model in Germany, shaping team structure, decision-making cadence, and execution standards hands-on
- Create full-funnel transparency (first touch to closed deal) to enable data-driven steering of investments and performance
- Design and run marketing as a shared service across business units and customer segments, from high-volume, field-sales-driven practitioner markets to long-cycle institutional buyers
- Define and implement global standards (playbooks, reporting, technology), aligned with ongoing transformation initiatives
- Build structured product marketing covering positioning, competitive intelligence, ICP definition, and go-to-market strategy; connect product organization and commercial areas to how customers evaluate and buy
Your Profile
- Executive leadership experience as CMO, VP Marketing, or equivalent in complex B2B environments
- Proven track record of building and scaling marketing into structured, high-impact, measurable functions
- Deep expertise across performance and product marketing (demand generation, funnel, GTM, positioning, ICP)
- Strong analytical and commercial mindset; drives decisions based on pipeline, conversion, and ROI
- Experience leading marketing as a strategic partner across multiple business units, regions, or product lines
- Leadership credibility to guide senior teams and deliver in transformation-driven environments
- Fluent in German and English; background in B2B software / SaaS, ideally within healthcare or similar complex industries
