Job Description Summary
Indonesia CFO serves as a strategic finance leader and key business partner to the General Manager of GE Healthcare Indonesia. This role leads the country finance function and is an integral member of the leadership team, providing financial and operational guidance to enable sustainable growth. Responsibilities include partnering with commercial and operations teams to drive revenue, manage day-to-day financial operations, optimize profitability, and proactively assess risks. The position reports to the AKA CFO.
Job Description
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Partner with the Indonesia General Manager and the leadership team to develop and execute on the business strategy, focusing on growth, cash and profitability.
- Provide financial oversight and thought leadership to grow manufacturing operations in Indonesia to fulfil regulatory requirements to increase local content products in Indonesia across GE’s healthcare portfolio
- Ownership of the financial estimates, operating plans/forecasts (monthly business reviews M1/2/3, Monthly operating reviews & Weekly pacing updates); lead the annual planning cycles (Strategic Planning & Business planning reviews)
- Provide commercial finance deal support: Proactively engage in deal profitability reviews and structuring (pricing, cost and any exceptional terms and conditions). Seek margin accretion opportunities and advise of any risks or opportunities.
- Liaise as required with the customers and channel partners on operational maters
- Close collaboration with the OTR teams to enable orders to sales conversion while monitoring operational KPIs (eg. Productivity, Inventory, OCCRs, MIS etc) and analyze backlog health for timely convertibility or potential cancellations
- Drive commercial intensity and instil “daily” rigor (eg. Orders and sales pacing) by providing management with timely, complete and accurate financial information for business decision-making process. Connects the most critical dots across domains to drive and inform actions
- Develop competitive financing offerings (working with HFS etc) to increase visibility and improve win rates
- Build strong partnership with AKA zones, effectively and clearly communicating business performance as well as potential risks & opportunities in a timely manner
- Proactively identify process improvements and engage stakeholders to develop actions to reduce business costs, improve profitability and liquidity
- Lead Indonesia finance function by providing mentoring and coaching to the team; provide oversight to Controllership, Tax, Cash in Indonesia as well as Shared Services to enable smooth closing process. Support internal (SOX requirements if any) and external financial audits as required.
- Manage working capital flow by focusing on billing, collection, and past due management.
Qualifications/Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, or Equivalent.
- At least 10 years of progressive experience in finance or a graduate of GE/GEHC Finance Leadership Program (Healthcare experience preferred)
- Strong analytic skills: able to clearly link financial results to operational performance drivers, generate alternatives and drive positive change.
- Experience working in a matrixed environment within global business environment with sound understanding of global process and transactional flows

- Clear thinking / problem solving: ability to lead cross-functional projects/process improvement within operations/finance function involving process improvement; able to quickly grasp new ideas
- Excellent communication skills: ability to clearly communicate complex financial information in a easy to understand manner; able to deliver message effectively verbally and in writing; experience working across multiple levels (including executive level), functions and regions would be a plus
- Strong interpersonal skill: Confidence/Assertiveness and strong influencing skills. Ability to manage and work with stakeholders from diverse backgrounds.
