Key Responsibilities
Customer Site Support & Post-Sale Services
Deliver post-sale engineering services at customer sites, including installation, configuration, testing, repair, and maintenance of company and third-party systems.
Diagnose complex technical issues and implement effective solutions to ensure systems operate reliably and efficiently.
Provide technical advice to customers on preventive maintenance activities, configurations, and best practices that may improve system performance.
Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through proactive communication, support, and service excellence.
Technical Leadership & Expertise
Apply in-depth knowledge of own engineering discipline and foundational understanding of related technical areas.
Solve complex technical problems by applying advanced engineering concepts and new perspectives to existing challenges.
Work independently with minimal guidance and exercise strong professional judgment in critical situations.
Serve as a technical resource for engineers with less experience, offering informal mentoring and guidance.
Project Coordination & Execution
Lead and execute project steps or technical workstreams within larger engineering or service projects.
Ensure timely completion of assigned tasks while maintaining high-quality standards and compliance with operational processes.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, customers, and vendors to ensure seamless service delivery.
Process Improvement
Contribute to ongoing improvement of engineering processes, service quality, and technical methodologies.
Identify recurring technical issues and recommend enhancements to procedures, tools, or system configurations.
Requirements
Degree or diploma in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
Significant experience in installation, maintenance, and repair of technical systems or products (typically 6–10 years).
Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting skills with the ability to solve complex technical issues.
Experience working independently at customer sites and managing field service engagements.
Ability to guide and support junior engineers and technicians.
Strong communication and customer management skills.
