Position Purpose: Our inpatient Behavioral Health Care units offer evaluation and treatment to adult, teen and adolescent patients who are in an acute phase of psychiatric illness or are experiencing an emotional or life crisis. We individualize each treatment program, led by a psychiatrist who directs a professional health care team in a multidisciplinary team approach.
What you will Do:
Assess, plan, implement and evaluate care of patients.
Supervises and coordinates care provided by LPNs and PCAs.
Facilitates communication with physicians, families and other team members.
Hours/Schedule:
1.0 FTE night shift (40 hours / wk)
Monday - Thursday, combination of 8 hour and 12 hour shifts
Occasional weekends as needed
Minimum Qualifications:
Current IA RN license
BSN preferred
No experience required
