We currently have an opportunity for a Chef de Rang – In Room Dining to join our iconic Hotel, Four Seasons Milano, Italy!
Reporting to the In Room Dining Manager, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional dining experiences to our guests in the privacy of their rooms. Your role will include taking and placing room service orders, setting up and serving food and beverages according to Four Seasons standards, ensuring accuracy, presentation, and timeliness of service.
You will interact directly with guests, provide menu explanations and personalized recommendations, anticipate guest needs, manage special requests, and ensure a flawless service experience from order taking to clearance. You will also be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and organization of service areas, handling guest feedback professionally, and collaborating closely with the kitchen and service teams to ensure operational excellence.
One + years of experience as a Chef de Rang or similar role within a luxury hotel, fine dining restaurant, or high-end hospitality environment is considered an asset
Strong knowledge of food & beverage service standards
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
Cross-cultural sensitivity and a strong customer service mindset
High attention to detail and a guest-centric approach
Ability to work independently while maintaining Four Seasons service excellence
Passion for hospitality and understanding the importance of guest preferences
