We are currently looking for a talented Chef de Partie to join our Team at Four Seasons Hotel Florence!

About the role: 

The Chef de Partie supervises and oversees the preparation of breakfast, lunch, and dinner food items per guest orders or as assigned by kitchen management in accordance with production requirements and quality standards while maintaining a safe, sanitary work environment.  

 

Our Ideal Chef de Partie candidate will have:

A minimum of two years culinary or related work experience  

Ability to operate, maintain and properly clean deep fryer, broiler, stove, steamer, food processor, mixer, slicer, oven, steam table, tilt kettle, waffle iron, flat top grill.   

Proficient knife skills and ability to multi-task are required. 

Must possess advanced culinary knowledge. 

Reading, writing and oral proficiency in the Italian language. English is a plus.

Schedule & Hours:

•    This position is based at the Four Seasons Hotel Florence. The contract is seasonal and full time.  You must possess the legal right to work in Italy at the time of application.
