CHB DOCUMENT COORDINATOR

The CHB Documentation Coordinator supports Customs House Brokerage operations by receiving, reviewing, and uploading import documentation to ensure accurate and timely customs entry processing. This role works closely with CHB teams and external partners to maintain compliance and data accuracy.

Key Responsibilities:

Receive, upload, and manage import documentation (commercial invoices, bills of lading, packing lists, arrival notices)
Ensure documentation complies with customs regulations (including 19 CFR 142.6)
Open, maintain, and upload entry files in operating systems
Track and update inbound shipment status
Pre‑key entries and complete required audits per KPIs
Coordinate with CHB teams, customers, and forwarders to resolve missing or incorrect documents
Perform general clerical and administrative tasks as needed

Qualifications:

High School Diploma or equivalent required; Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree preferred

Strong Excel skills 
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Computer proficiency and data entry accuracy

Pay Range: $46,000.00 - $50,000.00

*The stated pay range is the anticipated starting salary and may be adjusted based on market conditions, experience, and location. Final compensation will be discussed directly with the selected candidate(s) in compliance with all applicable laws.
