Job Description:
We are now looking for a Chargeback controller for the FZM perimeter.
Responsibilities - your mission
The jobholder will be responsible for the definition and the follow-up of the General and Technical Services Cost driver model (323m€). He/she will:
- work in strong collaboration with Performance and Improvement and Real Estate teams and be their financial counterparts
- implement for all detailed natures of services a Zero-Based-Budget process to support the definition of the Cost drivers
- define and modelize the Cost drivers models
- report and follow on the evolution of the Cost base
- work in collaboration and transparency with the core countries Finance Managers and support them in their Planning exercises
The jobholder will be accountable for the yearly Facility Management, Real Estate and Security Chargeback for Airbus Commercial. He/she will:
- define the Chargeback process incl. timeline and communicate to the main stakeholders (HM Space Management, Central and Function Finance)
- ensure the delivery of a robust SQM Database from HM Space Management and the Real Estate teams
- calculate, for each site, the appropriate €/SQM key based on the new Cost Base to charge
- calculate the Chargeback amount for each Function Receiver
- prepare the new detailed Communication pack
- communicate the pack to the Finance Community and ensure circularity in the frame of the OP exercise
- keep up-to-date the documents related to the Chargeback model
- be the focal point all year long for any questions related to Chargeback
Requirements - our ideal candidate will have
Ability to interact and manage Stakeholders / Business Partnering
Business Case and modelisation
Intermediate knowledge of analytical Controlling
Ability to work in an autonomous mode
Language: English mandatory, French is a plus
