Chargeback Analyst II/Business Ops Analyst
Handle incoming chargebacks, review supporting documentation, perform research, and enter representments for multiple networks on the acquirer side.
• Process pre-arbitration cases on behalf of clients with minimal supervision.
• Manage outgoing chargebacks to resolve cardholder dispute cases for issuing processing banks.
• Process both issuer and acquirer exception items efficiently and accurately.
• Maintain a high level of knowledge of Chargeback and Retrieval regulations for Visa, Mastercard,
and other applicable networks.
• Assist with training others as appropriate.
• Perform other tasks within the department assigned during review period.
• Provide assistance and respond to inquiries from internal and external business partners.
