  • Have deep expertise in software engineering, with hands-on experience in full-stack development, DevSecOps, and the ability to work across a range of platforms and frameworks.

  • Drives best practices in solution design, orchestration, and automation - leveraging a variety of tools and frameworks as appropriate to the business.

  • Collaborates with product and platform leads to influence architecture, design patterns, and tooling strategies - especially in complex and regulated domains.

  • Actively embraces and integrates AI-driven solutions (including LLMs and agentic AI approaches) to enhance our engineering workflows and product capabilities.

  • We use a broad range of tools, languages, and frameworks. We don’t expect you to know them all but experience or exposure with some of these will set you up for success in this team:

  • Languages & Frameworks: REST APIs, microservices, containerization, React, and shell scripting

  • Platform & Orchestration Tools: Experience and deep understanding of BPMN, workflow, case management tools (e.g., Appian, PEGA, or similar) especially in PEGA.
